Clwyd community called upon for Christmas card designs

Schools and community groups across the Vale of Clwyd are being asked to show their artistic side.

Denbigh based Artisan Windows, Doors and Conservatories is asking for schools, community groups and the general public to get involved in its competition – to design a Christmas card.

The competition will be split in to two categories, under 12s and over 12s, with one winner chosen in each. The two winners will receive £150 for their chosen school, community group or charity.

Entries can either be a photograph, an original drawing, painting or digital artwork.

Ian Gibson from Artisan Windows, Doors and Conservatories said: “We send out cards every Christmas, but this year we thought it would be fun to get the community involved.

“The winning cards will be sent out to our contacts across the UK, and the prize of £150 will make a big difference to the beneficiary I am sure. I can’t wait to see the designs.”

Email your design, along with your name, age and contact details to enquiries@artisanwindows.co.uk  putting ‘Christmas card competition’ in the subject line.

Entries must be received no later than October 30.
