Kestrel swoops into Eltherington

One of the UK’s largest independent Aluminium companies is teaming up with Kestrel to offer its clients a whole new range of PVC-UE roofline products.

Eltherington Aluminium Group, supplier of aluminium and fabrication services to the architectural, construction, caravan and modular building markets, chose Kestrel after a long relationship with the PVC-UE manufacturer.

For the past 50 years Eltherington Aluminium Group, has been a supplier of architectural aluminium and fabrication services to the architectural, construction, caravan and portable and modular buildings.

“Eltherington and Kestrel have been working together for many years’ supplying cladding products in a range of colours and designs,” said David Maybank, Kestrel’s business development manager for the north east.

The Hull based group is now stocking fascia boards, soffits and rain water products.

Michael Riding business development director at Eltherington said: “Through market knowledge we have seen demand for fascia, soffits and rain water products, we have already supplied several orders.

“Kestrel products are tried and tested and well known in the market. Kestrel’s customer service has also been very useful.

“The PVCU products complement and will be sold alongside our aluminium stock and cutting service. We are looking forward to a successful future for the PVC and aluminium stock division.”

The team at Eltherington has recently opened a new depot, situated on Damson Lane South, the company has invested substantially into the building, including custom made racking.

Kestrel has also recently announced a substantial investment in its Scunthorpe manufacturing base, amounting to £500,0000. The Kestrel development will see £350,000 spent on new tooling, a further £150,000 will be put into extrusion machinery and a significant investment in injection moulding.

In line with the company’s reputation for quality products, Kestrel has recently been investing in additional training for their registered installers to ensure that the end user receives a properly installed, quality product that is low maintenance and highly durable.
