It’s all in the colour for Celuform

Leading PVC-UE building products manufacturers Celuform is reporting a growing demand for its latest grey fascia boards.

The fascias, created to match grey glazing products, is reported to be particularly popular on modern apartment and office blocks.

The specialist manufacturer of co-extruded PVC-UE roofline, cladding and window line products, said it created the product in response to customer demand.

David Maybank, Celuform’s business development manager for the North East said: “Architects and the local authorities are requesting these coloured fascia boards and as a company we make a point of responding to market demand. As with all of our products, the fascia boards are low maintenance, making them an excellent choice for office buildings and apartment blocks.”

Celuform’s 19mm fascia board is available in two shades of grey, 7016 and 7115. Leeds and Bury-based Jennings Roofing recently used the anthracite version on an office block project in Rochdale.

Martyn Briggs, regional director of Jennings Roofing said: “The new anthracite grey fascia boards are more appealing than plain white and they were also cost effective. I expect to see them being used more and more on this sort of build.”

The new fascias are an example of how Celuform, which celebrated 40 years of trading recently, continues to be at the forefront of product development.
