Kestrel provides the perfect finishing touch to exclusive development

THE aesthetic appeal of Kestrel’s K16 blackgrain fascia boards made them the obvious choice for Canton Construction’s exclusive new development in Rhiwbina, Cardiff.

Located in an affluent area of Wales’ capital city, the development includes four and five bedroom period-style homes and coach houses.

The nature of the development meant that Canton required high quality, low maintenance products in defined colours such as those that leading PVC-U and PVC-UE roofline manufacturer Kestrel offer.

The K16 fascia boards were supplied by PBM Cardiff, part of SIG Roofline.

PBM Key Accounts Manager, Mark Benbow, explained: “I’ve worked very closely with Kestrel over the 15 years that I’ve been in the industry and have always enjoyed their support and the relationship I’ve had with them.

“I’m confident in their products – they are great quality, low maintenance and are available in a range of options.

“In this case, the developers were working to some very specific requirements set out by the architect and Kestrel’s blackgrain was the most appropriate for them.”

In response to the trend for coloured windows, Kestrel has introduced a range of colour options to a number of its lines.

As the pioneers of PVC-UE roofline products for the speculative housing market Kestrel continually works in partnership with its customers to offer an ever increasing range of products to meet market needs.

Kestrel has built a reputation for continually investing in product development and services.

As well as investment in its products, the company is driving up standards in the industry with its registered installers programme. Those enrolling are now be able to undertake a full NVQ Apprenticeship through Kestrel’s partnership with Neil Whitfield Training (NWT).
