A retirement development has been given a new lease of life thanks to leading PVC-U and PVC-UE building products manufacturer Kestrel.
The Rotherham based residential development is now the proud owner of new windows, fasicas and roofline products.
In order to compliment the traditional red brick retirement homes, the maintenance company in charge, McDonald, specified cream grain products.
Contractors Liam Carroll and Paul Crossland chose the Kestrel materials to match the windows specified, which they purchased through Rotherham based Magden.
“This is an important contract for us and we knew that the materials, as well as the work, had to be spot on,” said Liam.
“We know that we can rely on Kestrel to provide not only a wealth of colours, but the reassurance that whatever product we use it will be great quality.”
Kestrel’s sales and marketing director Simon Reynolds said: “At Kestrel we work hard to meet the demands of our installers and their clients. As the industry introduces more coloured windows systems it is important that we as manufacturers keep pace with those trends.
“Installers can now access a range of colours designed to match the fenestration products that are so often specified by their clients.”
